FeMS Bootcamp ‘25

Research Symposium

As part of FeMS Bootcamp, EFeMS wants to display the innovative research that our FeMS are engaged in. This full-day symposium will be part of the FeMS Bootcamp and will be filled with outstanding and innovative research from Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math fields. We aim to engage women all over Africa to participate in research talks, poster presentations, and networking opportunities. The theme of the symposium is Innovate, Integrate, Impact: Women Shaping STEM Frontiers, and we welcome broad participation from various STEM fields such as:

• Biological Science

• Engineering and Technology

• Environmental and Agricultural Science

• Mathematics and Statistical Science

• Physical Sciences

• Data and Computer Science

 Presentations can either be in the form of thesis-style lightning talks (3-5 min), oral presentations (12-15 min), or poster presentations.
