FeMS Bootcamp ‘24

FeMS Bootcamp is EFeMS' annual professional development event to fulfill its mission to promote leadership amongst African women in STEM. It is an in-person event crafted to unite and equip African women in STEM with useful skills and expertise to excel in their careers and in STEM higher education.

This 3-day program is created by African women for African women and is comprised of interactive sessions with leaders in STEM, skill-building workshops, innovative STEM research, and career advancement opportunities.

Our third annual conference, FeMs Bootcamp 2024, will be held from Septemeber 26-28, 2024 in Accra, Ghana. Our 2024 theme, Believe in yourself: Building Confidence Grounded in Expertise, focuses on building confidence as African women in STEM despite societal expectations.
